In the following sections the changes between the versions are explained in more details.

01. Comparison Analysis

This feature exists in the Pro version only
The comparison analysis enables you to compare the results of one plan to another plan. This analysis is very useful when you want to evaluate two versions of the same plan, or to compare the plan for next year to the plan of last year, etc. The comparison analysis can also be used to compare two periods within the current plan.

02. Goal Seek Analysis

This feature exists in the Pro version only
The Goal Seek analysis assists in finding what should be the sales, or the direct costs or the operating expenses, in order to achieve a certain target profit.

03. Link data to Excel sheets

This feature exists in the Pro version only
Periodical data that is entered in the data screens can be imported from MS-Excel files. The import process creates a dynamic link between the Excel sheet and the specific target cells to where data is imported, so that any change in the Excel file is automatically reflected in the linked data. This feature expands the usability of the software and enables you to incorporate data and calculations, which are very specific to the business, into the general layout of the software.

04. Rating Module

This feature exists in the Pro version only
This Rating Module enables you to evaluate the rating of your business in a method similar to the methods that are used by banks and financial institues to rate businesses. By using the Rating Module you will have the possibility to get the idea how they are going to evaluate your business and how you can improve your rating.

05. Undo / Redo

This feature exists in the Pro version only
The Undo function enables you to undo changes that were done in a data table that is currently used for data entry.

06. Products

Unlimited in Pro version, 100 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define unlimited number of products or services that the business intends to sell. The Standard version allows up to 100 products or services.

07. Markets/Profit Centers

Unlimited in Pro version, 20 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define unlimited number of markets to which the products and services will be sold. The Standard version allows up to 20 markets.

08. Departments

Unlimited in Pro version, 20 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define unlimited number of departments by which the operating expenses and personnel costs will be planned. The Standard version allows up to 20 departments.

09. Operating Expenses

Unlimited in Pro version, 100 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define unlimited number of Operating Expense items and Personnel Costs items for each department. The Standard version allows up to 100 expense items and personnel items per department.

10. Investments

Unlimited in Pro version, 100 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define unlimited number of investments in Plant and Equipments. The Standard version allows up to 100 investment items.

11. Currencies

Unlimited in Pro version, 20 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define unlimited number of different currencies in the Currencies table. The Standard version allows up to 20 currencies.

12. Loan Table

Unlimited in Pro version, 20 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define unlimited number of loans and its amortization tables in the in Loans table. The Standard version allows up to 20 loans.

13. Special Loans

50 in Pro version, 20 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define up to 50 loans in the Special Loans table. The Standard version allows up to 20 loans.

14. Downpayments

50 in Pro version, 10 in Standard version
The Pro version allows to define up to 50 downpayments (advances) from customers in the Downpayments screen. The Standard version allows up to 10 downpayments.

15. What-if

Periodical in Pro version, general in Standard version
The Pro version allows to run the What-If analysis for each year of the plan period. The Standard version allows to run the What-If for the first year and for the whole plan period only.
