We follow a structured approach:

  • we cover business model and marketing strategy (result: structured paragraph on market penetration and distribution)
  • competition, USP and competitive advantages (result: USPs and your position in a competitive landscape)
  • IP (overview)
  • Management team
  • Investor considerations (amount sought, use of funds, milestones, valuation, exit)
  • finally an attractive executive summary will need to be drafted
